Steve has over 25 years professional experience in M&A advisory, project finance and company management, focussed on the mining, energy, heavy engineering construction and industrial sectors.  Steve’s advisory role with RFC in the past nine years has included private and public equity capital raisings (AIM and ASX), trade sale and off market acquisitions, company restructuring, project valuations and public markets M&A in the resource and allied sectors.
